CastleWave, a three year-old boutique online marketing firm with offices in Provo, Utah and New York City, has been sold to Crexendo Business Solutions in a combined cash and stock deal.

New York, NY – February 13, 2010 (PressReleasePivot) — CastleWave, a three year-old boutique online marketing firm with offices in Provo, Utah and New York City, has been sold to Crexendo Business Solutions (a wholly-owned subsidiary of iMergent Inc.) in a combined cash and stock deal.

CastleWave specializes in search engine marketing and optimization; Crexendo Business Solutions is an e-services company that facilitates businesses looking for a trusted partner to manage their eCommerce or lead generation offering, web design and build, as well as search engine optimization / management and other online promotional needs.

The acquisition gives Crexendo an accomplished team of SEO and SEM account managers, a blue chip client base, and a growing sales channel. CastleWave’s technology ( http://www.castlewave.com/search-engine-optimization.htm ) will enhance the already powerful Crexendo search engine tools and further the effort to automate marketing in this vertical.
